My daughter was so mad when all the other girls dancing had a tutu and she didn't. Apparently it is a "must have." So when I got this adorable tutu and wand from The Tulle Shop - she was practically tearing the box apart to get the tutu out. She was in heaven and has been dancing around the house ever since.
